Sulaco New Media offers a wide variety of support services to our clients in the Centurion, Tshwane and greater Johannesburg area, ranging from standard desktop support to advanced client-server support.

Our technicians are literate in all editions of the Microsoft desktop and server operating systems, as well as a wide range of Linux desktop and server systems.  Capable of integrating solutions with a mix of the both Open Source and proprietary software such as Microsoft, Softline Pastel, Adobe Creative suite, Star Open Office and various others.

We
give our customers a complete solution catering for any needs.

Charges

Call-out Fee - R200 plus Standard Service Charge R350 per hour

Critical or After-hour Call-out Fee - R200 plus Service Charge - R500 per hour 

Call-out Fee - R200 plus Workshop Charge - R350 per hour

Remote Administration & Remote Control Assistance - R250 per hour 

Additional Travel Expenses - R2.15/km

Normal Call-out

  • Between 09:00 and 16:30
  • Normal scheduled visit by a Sulaco Technical Consultant

Critical or After-hour Call-out

  • Anytime call-out
  • Critical Service 2 - 4 hour turnaround time (excluding travelling time).

Support Contract 1 - R 3,500.00 per month

  • Includes 10 Standard Service hours per month
  • Allows for 2 Critical Service hour at Standard Service rates

Support Contract 2 - R 5,250.00 per month

  • Includes 15 Standard Service hours per month
  • Allows for 3 Critical Service hours at Standard Service rates

Support Contract 3 - R 7000.00 per month

  • Includes 20 Standard Service hours per month
  • Allows for 4 Critical Service hours at Standard Service rates
