Sulaco New Media offers affordable Bulkmail and Email Marketing solutions supporting HTML emails and Plain text emails.
Our bulkmailer is geared towards sending thousands of emails every day, and adhere's to the spamhaus spam filtering rules, so when you send out your email marketing newsletter, you can be assured that it has reached it's intended recipients.
In accordance with the Electronic Communications Bill of South Africa, we use a double opt in method to ensure that we only send emails to clients that has given permission to be sent marketing emails. Every email also has a link that gives the client a way of unsubscribing from any newsletter as soon as they do not want to recieve it any more.
On top of all this our bulkmail system has been created in such a way that all images that you send are embedded into the HTML email, and will thus always display them. (even if the customers email client is set to not download images)
The Email Marketing system uses html templates and takes the guesswork out of the styling of your intended email. These templates can be customized by our designers to use your company details and corporate identity.
You also have the ability to group customers into any number of groups that you can define yourself. This is usefull if you want to send a targeted marketing email to only a subsection of your customer database.

Email Marketing Prices
Our basic billing works as follows:
If you send any email in a month, the first 3750 emails will cost you R 75.00 every email sent after that will cost 2c per email .
If you do not send any email for a specific month you will not be billed.
Other fees :
- R 350.00 Once off Setup Fee
(For basic template design and setup costs)
- R 95.00 Domain Hosting fee payable anually
(This is only payable if you are not already hosting your website with us).
- R 25.00 Monthly Mail Hosting Fee
(5 Mailboxes, 30Mb each)

Your email may be any size you want, and there is no limit on the amount of email that you may send through the system.
